“The Scale of Pay in the Bank, for the Post of Assistant Manager is presently Rs. 26080 – 1230 / 2 – 28540 – 1490 / 12 – 46420 – 1740 / 2 – 49900 – 1990 / 4 – 57860 (21 Stages).
Additionally, there are 6 stagnation increments of Rs. 1990/- each, which are awarded biannually after reaching the maximum in the scale in Co-Operative Bank.
Eligibility Criteria
“Local candidate: The District Cooperative Bank has its area of operations as the district; thus, all positions are within the district and suitable for local candidates only.
Accordingly, candidates local to the erstwhile Guntur District (specifically, candidates having domicile of the district) are, therefore, eligible to apply for the posts.”

Furthermore, there shall be Negative Marking for wrong answers; specifically, 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.”

Appointment
“Candidates selected for current vacancies shall, therefore, be taken into the service in the order of merit-cum-roster as per requirements.
Additionally, the candidates, upon selection, must execute a Contract Bond with a liability of Rs. 2,00,000/-, which stipulates that he/she would serve the Bank continuously for a minimum period of 2 years.”
