Educational Qualification
The consultant should have a postgraduate degree or master’s degree in social work, sociology, anthropology, cultural studies, law, finance, or business administration.
Consolidated Pay and Experience
We fix the initial fee as follows: Rs. 90,000/- for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Conclusion
The Ministry of Panchayati Raj reserves the right to increase / decrease the number of vacancies as per the recruitment or not fill up the vacancies.

A Scrutiny Committee will scrutinize the applications received through the open market in terms of required educational qualifications.

The official secrets act, 1923, as amended from time to time, will govern them. They will not disclose any information or data that may come to their notice during their engagement with the Ministry to any unauthorized persons. Therefore, the Government of India will own all such documents.
Performance Appraisal
An annual Appraisal of the external Manpower professionals would be undertaken.
Assessment would be done by the controlling officer of the division and counter signed by the Head Division.
